This four week group course is for couples who are ready to step into their birth power with embodied preparation which goes way beyond standard antenatal education.
In this course, we will explore how you integrate and process everything you have learnt to become your most confident and powerful self, to step into the birth room with a deep sense of knowing that you have everything you need within you to experience your birth as a powerful rite of passage.
We will explore breath and body based practices for pregnancy and birth, as well as mindset tools, guided visualisation and relaxation.
If you feel like you have scratched the surface but are ready to go deeper into your birth preparation, if you know that you won't be handing yourself over to maternity services and doing what you are told 'just because' during your birth, then this is for you!

The Great Birth Club

When I started the Great Birth Club, it was with the hope of creating a commuity to connect, learn, share and grow together during pregnancy, and to share my experiences, wisdom and tips in a way that was down to earth, accessible and truly helpful for parents navigating pregnancy and birth in a society which isnt really set up to support them.
It can be hard to get to a group, with work and childcare committments, and when you are feeling tired, sick or burnt out during pregnancy, so I wanted to make it easier for you to access all this juicy goondess without the committment of attending an in person group.
That is why I am launching this new online space, where you will recieve:

Voice notes with insights from my birth work.
This space will offer amazing value for money and is a great way to access doula support at a low monthly cost of just £25 per month.

Heart and Hands, Mother Blessings
So much more than your average baby shower!
An uplifting and beautiful celebration honouring the profound transformation of the mother.
If you are dreading organising or attending a bog standard baby shower, and are hoping for something special with a lot more heart and soul then look no further!
I am an experienced womens' circle facillitator, and have created this gorgeous event where a mother will feel truly special. Guests will enjoy creative activities and joyful connection with each other as well as pouring love and positivity on the mother.
All women are welcomed and included, whether or not you have had your own children. Just like a baby shower it is a celebration of the mother, but this gives 'mini retreat' vibes so everyone leaves happy!
You provide the guests, refreshments and the venue, I can suggest some beautiful indoor or outdoor spaces if you need ideas. I will provide everything else!
