Enjoy a relaxed vibe, grab a cuppa and get cosy at the beautiful Grove Farm Wellbeing Hub.

Start with a grounding relaxation, discuss monthly topics alongside gentle practices such as biomechanics and breathing for labour and birth, journalling and affirmations.

There's also plenty of time to chat and ask questions!

£20 per couple, includes a hot drink and a snack.

Heart and Hands, Mother Blessings

So much more than your average baby shower!

An uplifting and beautiful celebration honouring the profound transformation of the mother.

If you are dreading organising or attending a bog standard baby shower, and are hoping for something special with a lot more heart and soul then look no further!
I am an experienced womens' circle facillitator, and have created this gorgeous event where a mother will feel truly special. Guests will enjoy creative activities and joyful connection with each other as well as pouring love and positivity on the mother.

All women are welcomed and included, whether or not you have had your own children. Just like a baby shower it is a celebration of the mother, but this gives 'mini retreat' vibes so everyone leaves happy!

You provide the guests, refreshments and the venue, I can suggest some beautiful indoor or outdoor spaces if you need ideas. I will provide everything else!

Motherhood circle,
